Key Responsibilities
- Order Picking: Accurately pick products from shelves based on order specifications. Ensure that all items are selected and handled carefully to prevent damage.
- Packing: Pack products into boxes or containers for shipment, ensuring that they are securely packed and meet quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory levels and report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors. Assist with restocking and organizing shelves.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packing. Ensure that orders are completed correctly and meet PepsiCo’s standards.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, if trained and certified.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of order picking and packing activities. Complete necessary paperwork and update inventory systems.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment and prevent accidents.
What We Look For
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, order picking, or logistics is preferred but not required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail for accurate order picking, packing, and inventory management.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
- Communication Skills: Basic verbal and written communication skills in English.
