Key Responsibilities of Airport Attendants
- Passenger Assistance: Provide assistance to passengers with check-in, boarding, and luggage handling. Ensure a smooth and pleasant travel experience.
- Customer Service: Address passenger inquiries, resolve issues, and offer support to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Baggage Handling: Oversee the loading, unloading, and transfer of baggage and cargo. Ensure proper handling and timely delivery.
- Security Procedures: Assist with security checks and screenings for passengers, baggage, and cargo, adhering to established protocols.
- Operational Support: Support various operational tasks including managing flight information, coordinating with airlines, and maintaining airport facilities.
- Lost and Found: Handle lost and found items and assist passengers in locating their belongings.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with other airport staff, including security personnel, ground crew, and airline representatives, to ensure effective operations.
- Additional Duties: Perform any other tasks as required to support airport operations and passenger services.
What We Look For
