Key Responsibilities of Housekeepers
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform daily cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing. Ensure that all areas are spotless and well-maintained.
- Bed Making: Make and change bed linens, including changing sheets, pillowcases, and blankets as required.
- Restocking Supplies: Replenish toiletries, towels, and other amenities in guest rooms or residential units.
- Laundry: Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and ironing clothes and linens.
- Organization: Organize and tidy rooms, including arranging furniture and decor to maintain a neat appearance.
- Special Requests: Address and fulfill any special requests or needs from guests or residents.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Inventory Management: Keep track of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent service by interacting courteously with guests or residents and addressing any concerns promptly.
What We Look For
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to carefully handle tasks and ensure a high level of cleanliness and organization.
- Physical Stamina: Good physical condition to handle the demands of the job, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
